Our Verdict This is a great size for solo backpackers for anything up to a week – its quite small and each compartment has a good seal. MSR says its water resistant – so I would expect it to keep the contents dry in all weathers – but not if youlose it ina river for a couple of hours. Getting the ends off to fill it up is quite fiddly so do this at home where possible – this is more about its small size than any design failure though.
