Our Verdict Sea to Summit’s Air Seats are about 50-100% heavier than a closed cell foam equivalent but they still weigh only 60grams or so and are much more comfy. Footprint wise they are about the same size, and they aren’t indestructable like their closed cell foam equivalents.
