Usage of this bracket does not require removal of the rubber.

Installation process:1.Attach the round disc on in the center of the back of the steel tip board using the 4 short screws.2.Attach the parts that need to be mounted on the wall using the 4 long screws at a height of 173cm (5 feet 8 inches) from the floor to the center of the bullseye.3.The round disc slides from the top into the mounted wall bracket.*If the screw heads are coming out of the parts, the boards will not rotate. Please make sure that each screw is set all the way.
