At just 214g (medium), it barely registers in a pack yet still offers enough warmth when moving.The fit is spot on for active layeringtrim without being restrictive, and the stretchy, soft fabric allows for complete freedom of movement. I was particularly impressed with the breathability; it kept me comfortable without overheating, even during intense climbs. The deep two-way zip offers quick venting when needed, something I will not be looking for in all pullovers, and the chest pocket is handy for small essentials.However, the pullover design does have trade-offs. Like its full-zip counterpart, it lacks hand pockets, which I instinctively searched forfor storage and somewhere to warm my hands. Another slight downside is the omission of a hem drawcord.
