Some people won’t mind this, I don’t when using the for road cycling or mountain biking but for walking a very thin liner sock makes them much more comfortable.The Hydrostop seal works well at keeping out water that may simply run down your leg or through fabric and get into the top of the sock like on the older version of these socks. However, these are meant to be ‘warm weather’ socks and the seal created does get uncomfortable in warm conditions or when you are heating up while walking after you’ve been wearing them for a few hours.
