The update to fabric recovery is noticeable the fit stays snug through long days without sagging. The wide, elasticated waistband is comfortable and stays put without digging in. I found the rear zip pocket roomy enough for a phone, and the mesh pocket is excellent for quick access to snacks or gloves.
