It only holds around 16 litres though so it’s probably best suited for short day trips or travel use. There is no back padding or support which is what makes the bag so light and flexible. I would just make sure to organise the contents to make sure nothing pointy sticks into your back.The straps are pretty simple but comfortable enough for lighter loads and the stuff sack is attached so you cannot loose it or forget it.
