The design and fabrics used in the Storm Mitt make them ideal for the cold, wet conditions you’d expect to encounter in the hills and mountains of Britain. This updated version is significantly lighter in weight than the previous model while the use of Stratus insulation is an upgrade in terms of both warmth and weight. The soft leather palms improve grip and the reinforcements improve durability massively.The biggest problem I have with these mitts is the fact that the ‘internal finger pockets’ is essentially a glove lining. For me it feels strange and in my opinion defies the point of the mitt.
