At 245g (UK12), its a strong option for fast hiking, scrambling, or transitional conditions where breathability matters most. The GRANITE Stretch Nano fabric is soft against the skin, moves well with you, and sheds light wind and drizzle thanks to its PFC-free DWR. The smooth face resists abrasion better than expected for such a light piece, and it dries quickly after exertion or passing showers.Without the hood, it layers more cleanly under a shell or over a baselayer, and the clean collar design keeps bulk down. The cut is trim with a slightly higher hem, which is ideal under a hipbelt or harness but may sit short if youre after fuller coverage.
